  • Shipping

    Once your order is received it will ship within 3 business days via insured mail. Due to the artisanal nature of these works, this may not always be the case. Should an ordered item be out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. If you require special delivery arrangements, please contact us at monica@proximavera.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Proxima Vera within 10 days of receipt. The item must be shipped back in its original packaging, in pristine condition via insured mail. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges.

  • Privacy Policy

    We value your privacy and do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information to affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or third party content providers for any marketing purpose. Information is only shared for the purpose of processing orders or for informing customers about Proxima Vera promotions or news. If you do not wish to receive Proxima Vera e-mail newsletters or promotions, please contact us at proximavera@gmail.com and we will remove your contact information from our recipient list.

  • Sales Tax

    Proxima Vera is based in Connecticut and collects sales tax of 6.35% for any purchase. If your institution has tax-exempt status, then please contact monica@proximavera.com for custom invoicing.
